Your rights
If you are in the EEA, UK, or other regions with similar protections, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal data.
How to make a request
Contact us from the email address associated with your VoidInsider account and specify the request type. We may ask for additional details to verify identity.
Self-service data export
Registered users can request a machine-readable export of their personal data directly through the API. Send an authenticated POST request to /accounts/api/me/export/ to queue an export. Once the export is ready, download it with an authenticated GET request to /accounts/api/me/export/<export-id>/, where <export-id> is the identifier returned by the initial request. The exported file contains account information, content you have created, and related activity records associated with your account.
Response timeline
We aim to respond within 30 days. Complex requests may take longer, in which case we will keep you informed.
